King Midas decided to drop by Casio's factory and gave the G-011BD-9AVER G-Shock model a touch, and while you won't be able to pawn this off and get a reasonable amount for it, at least you can be assured of the traditional G-Shock qualities such as shock-, vibration- and water-resistant (up to 200 meters for the latter) with the G-011BD-9AVER. Features include stainless steel bands and multi-dial displays. The gold G-011BD-9AVER G-Shock timepiece can be picked up for £180.

This notebook from NVousPC known as the Britto PC looks absolutely out of this world, featuring illustrations of pop painter Romero Britto's work known as "Mia's Jungle" all over its surface. There is only one model available currently, and it sits comfortably in the artist's gallery. The rest of us will have to wait, as it takes time to produce these custom-painted systems. Several revealed specifications include a 2.33GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB RAM, and a 160GB hard drive. There is no word on pricing yet.

Trusted Reviews has reviewed the Elonex LNX Cube Multimedia System and here's their verdict on it.
Once again Elonex has raised the bar when it comes to the amount of features you can squeeze into one box. The level of media functionality in the LNX Cube is simply staggering. Yes the remote is horrible and the USB browser unpleasant, but you're just getting so much for so little. I expect that Santa could be delivering a lot of these to good children everywhere!
The £129 price tag puts it in pole position to appear below Christmas trees this holiday season.

Hibino Corp. has introduced its LumixxLine rope-type LED display which can be attached to curved surfaces such as a cylinder, and it will be up for sale from tomorrow onwards. Multiple LumixxLines will be able to form a screen, where you align 3-in-1 LEDs that contain red (R), green (G) and blue (B) LED chips in one package at intervals of 35 or 70mm side-by-side like floor boards. A single line comprises of 96 LEDs (pixels) and one control unit can manage 16 lines. Since a maximum of 9 control units can be used in combination through cascade connection, theoretically a screen can render images using a maximum 144 lines, which is a resolution of 96 x 144. This unique LED display makes it possible to show video at traditionally difficult locations for existing flat LED displays, so this probably means we will soon be flooded with even more advertisements in the most unexpected of places should the LumixxLine LED display take off. Corporations ought to be warned of the price though - a 20m square screen with the 35mm-pitch model will set corporate coffers back by a whopping $300,000.

What looks like a standard old camera from the 1920s or 30s is actually a USB webcam that is capable of capturing video as well. Dubbed the RetroCam for obvious reasons, it hooks up to any computer or notebook via USB and mini cables (for audio recording purposes). The RetroCam is capable of capturing 640 x 480 video and still images via its real glass lens, while a concealed microphone ensures no audio escapes from your surroundings. A blue LED tells you whether the RetroCam is currently in use or not. Each £24.99 RetroCam comes with a matching tripod stand.

The Integrum speakers that you see here are no ordinary speakers, as they bring you down memory lane with original artwork depicting the most famous jazz legends throughout history including Louis Armstrong, Dizzy Gillespie, Ray Charles, Benny Goodman, Miles Davis, Billie Holiday, Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan. There will only be ten pairs made, so expect to fork out a bumper $10,950 for each handcrafted pair. In addition, every individual one way floor standing speaker also boasts a Lowther phase equalizer “for improved high frequency mid-range response” which claims to make you hear the separation of different musical instruments. Unless you're part of a huge business empire, I suggest you stick to something more humble.
