ESPN has some pretty high claims here, calling their new hardware The Ultimate Remote. It features Wi-Fi connectivity to complement advanced home theater control as well as one-touch real-time access to sports, standings, team information and news, so are all those features worth the $300 you're supposed to fork out for it? This nifty gadget can manage home theater components, set top boxes and IP equipment with intuitive "location-free" setup and one-handed operation - perfect for couch potatoes who need the free hand to feed themselves with slices of pizza, chips and beer. I guess this was released just in time for us kids who have run out of ideas for dad this coming Father's Day.

Guess the folks at Flip aren't too happy that Creative's recently released Vado has outgunned their product in virtually every department, and hence they will be releasing their counter product - the Mino. This highly portable digital video camera will come in white and black colors, retailing for $179.99, and at that price it had better outdo its predecessor in all aspects considering how the Vado retails for a mere Benjamin. There is no word on specifications, but do watch out for the Mino this June 4.

Since the XO laptop from OLPC is pretty successful, it makes perfect sense to come up with a second generation device dubbed the XO 2.0. This model will be much smaller compared to its predecessor, and features a foldable e-book form factor. Being just half the original's size, you will find dual indoor-and-sunlight displays that provide both a right and left page in vertical format, a hinged laptop in horizontal format as well as a flat, dual screen continuous interface whenever you want to use it in tablet mode. Power consumption has been reduced to a mere 1 watt - talk about amazing! The XO 2.0 is still a long way off in coming though, as it will be released sometime in 2010.

Add to myYahoo!"At first glance it looks like 'Ulimate Alliance', which many people got free when they shelled out hundreds for the Xbox 360, actually is worth your time. Unlike most Marvel games, where operative player mode isn't complicated and if anything is actually inviting. You begin trying to stop a flying aircraft for the superhuman organization 'The S.H.E.I.L.D." lead by Nick Fury and continue learning the full plot of the Masters of Evil and Dr. Doom. The best part about this game is that the true 'evil plan' of ring leader Dr. Doom isn't revealed until the very end; leaving you clueless about what optional missions you should choose or dismiss. At the start of the game you will have Captain America, Thor, Spider-Man, and Wolverine on your team; as you continue to win missions you will have up to 18 characters to choose from.
One thing is certain, it may seem easy to beat the 'bosses' of each level at the beginning, but the game evolves as you do. It personally took me a week to beat the game and that was even when I had the capacity 4 players fighting with me at some points. However, you will encounter 'simulator discs' that you can retrieve, (the same you as would health or coins), which allows you to unlock characters and extra special features. Beware, those 'mini-missions' are just as tricky and difficult as the main objectives you will receive form 'The S.H.E.I.L.D'. Raven Software, who creates the game definitely has raised the bar from 'X-Men Legends 1 &2'.

At the main menu or a S.H.I.E.L.D. save zone menu, quickly press Up(2), Down(2), Left(3), Start to unlock all characters. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
