Corsair Flash Voyager GT 8GB USB Flash Drive:
Fast!

Corsair Flash Voyager GT 8GB USB Flash Drive Product PageThere's a reason why the Corsair Flash Voyager GT 8GB USB Flash Drive has been branded with the "GT" symbol. It's fast! With enough room for 3 DVD's, 2500 photos (6MP jpeg) or a couple of thousand mp3's, you'd ideally want something this fast to transfer all that data. It makes me shudder to think that my old PC at home is still running with a USB 1.1 connection! The Corsair Flash Voyager GT is built like a muscle car. Tough, big and fast. No fancy add-ons, just plain performance. It may not be the eye candy of flash drives but who cares when you can transfer all of Britney's CD albums in a flash!

Features of the Corsair Flash Voyager GT 8GB USB Flash Drive:
- Plug & Play functionality in Windows Vista, XP, 2000, ME, Linux 2.4 and later, Mac OS 9, X and later
- Includes the True Crypt security application allowing for a virtual encrypted drive using AES-256 encryption (bundled version of TrueCrypt is compatible with Windows XP and 2000 only)
- Lanyard and USB extension cable included
- ReadyBoost compatible
- Ten year warranty

Apple iPhone Approved By Feds

The FCC has approved Apple's iPhone for sale in the US according to posted documents on the FCC Web Site. With the FCC certification, Apple should go ahead with plans to sell the iPhone sometime in June/July.The documents confirmed that the iPhone will work with AT&Ts EDGE wireless data network and not their 3G network which will limit the data speeds to the phone. With the $500 price tag, Apple seems to want to compete with Research In Motion (RIM Blackberry) and Palm (Treo) not to mention other smartphones such as Samsung and Windows-based phones. While most things Apple has released have been golden lately, the iPhone might be a hiccup with the lower transfer speeds and will higher end phone users, who are usually business users, really want the functionality of the iPhone over the Blackberrys and Treos?
