Add to myYahoo! The next James Bond movie won't be arriving anytime soon, but that doesn't mean you can get down and dirty with your spying shenanigans. The Spy Micro Camera Watch from Brando look like any other ordinary gentlemen's watch, although it does come with a built-in digital camera that is capable of capturing video in AVI format at 352 x 288 resolution. Don't bother about a microSD memory card since this timepiece comes with 2GB of internal memory already. Data is transferred via USB, but be careful with this when you get into fistcuffs since it doesn't look all too durable. The Spy Micro Camera Watch will retail for a rather expensive $236.

Microsoft is no stranger to the gaming peripheral market, and the SideWinder X5 gaming mouse is the latest entry from the Redmond, Washington giant. This mouse debuted at the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany today and was specially designed with gamers in mind to “give mainstream gamers a competitive edge” - yeah, as if other gaming mice were not meant to do so. As with any self-respecting gaming mouse, you will get a plethora of buttons (nine in total comprising of vertical side buttons, five customizable buttons and a quick-launch button). The sensitivity can be adjusted on-the-fly up to 2,000 DPI, making the SideWinder X5 reside somewhere in the middle of the gaming mouse food chain. You can pick this up in September for $59.99. No refunds if your gaming skill does not improve after this.

Casio just released three more Exilim digital cameras that share one very special feature - the Makeup function. This high quality processor enhances the portrait of the subject by adjusting shadow filters for clearer skin and brighter eyes. It also allows you to edit the image yourself or use a preset button for the Exilim EX-300 to do so automatically at the push of a single button. Better make sure your lipstick and mascara are applied on properly then since it doesn't cater to that - yet. Both the EX-Z250 and EX-Z85 are 9.1 megapixels shooters while the EX-Z300 boasts 10.1 megapixels. Full specifications on all three are not available yet, but they will roll out this September. The EX-Z300, EX-Z250 and EX-Z85 will retail for £229, £199 and £149.99, respectively.

You can't keep everyone happy, can you? With the advent of hybrid vehicles, roads have become much quieter (if you discount the honks during rush hour, of course), leading the California Legislature to conclude that this is bad for the blind, hence passing a bill that requires hybrid vehicles to be noisy enough for visually impaired people to hear before they cross the street. I thought there were pedestrian crossings specially built for that purpose? Makes me wonder what auto manufacturers will do to introduce more noise...

The good people at PhotographyBlog have reviewed the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W300, so here's what they have to say about it.
"As ever with Sony's Cyber-shot range, the DSC-W300 is as much about style as substance. The metal build quality suggests this is a camera that you'll still be using a few years down the line, a feeling backed up by that whopping 13+ megapixel resolution, plus its plentifully large and bright rear LCD (look back at a camera from four or five years ago when 1.5-inches was the norm and find a product looking positively prehistoric). Unfortunately though, while images appear fine when viewed in isolation, anyone who has handled a wide variety of digital compacts as us reviewers are privileged to do will discover that image quality is perhaps the least impressive aspect of the W300. That's a shame, as among its bridge cameras (I'm thinking of the H50) and DSLRs (Alpha 350 at the mid range) Sony has delivered some surprisingly impressive photographic models of late. All that being said, noise is handled very well and shots do require a minimal amount of post processing out of the camera, so in that respect the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W300 could be said to be ideally suited to its target market of the undemanding snapper who requires visual aide memoirs delivered with the minimum of fuss."
Would that make you open your wallets to pick up this 13.6 megapixel shooter?

Intempo has released its new RDi-W iPod speaker system that adds to the long-bloated market where this accessory is concerned. After all, how many iPod speaker docks do we need? Sure, the design might be a little bit different compared to the rest and all, but is it really a necessity? If you have yet to pick up an iPod speaker system, this looks (and hopefully sounds) like a decent candidate - otherwise, give it a pass. One of the more interesting aspects is DAB support and wireless Internet radio just in case you're sick and tired of the tracks on your iPod. Expect to pick up the Intempo RDi-W for £169.99 each.

The Meizu M8's release date is fast approaching, so here is yet another image to whet your appetite. This phone comes with a 3-button design that is seemingly too uncomfortable to use, but then again when they were made larger, it upset the aesthetic balance - at least that's what Meizu CEO Jack Wong mentioned. The rear camera is located in a remote corner, while speakers on the M8 are located on the side. No idea on what the user interface will be like, but I suspect that this will have its fair share of fans, albeit it won't kick up a fuss or storm like the iPhone did.

Check out this OQO 02 that is pretty much the same in every way as before, save for the fact that it comes with an Intel Atom processor instead. Forget about having an SSD come with this nor 3G connectivity to give you instant Internet access wherever you are - you'll just have to make do with Wi-Fi and a regular hard drive. The much-wanted touch screen display is also missing, too, so you might have to wait for OQO 03 or 04 before that happens.
