Zenith 60" Plasma TV

So cool, I just couldn't pass up talking about this monster, which is the Zenith 60" Plasma - Flat Screen TV. If you want BIG, but you want to save some space, this is the TV for you.

B00006HCJN.01.TZZZZZZZ

You can expect anywhere from 10 to 25 years of life out of your plasma, which is the average of about 30,000 viewing hours.

LCD's only go up to 45" right now, so if you want big, PLASMA is the name. This is a good link that will allow you to check out the differences between plasma's and LCD's -- it is a big investment, so it is important to know the facts. The Zenith here is one of the top notch TV's available right now on Amazon, but there are many great deals on space saver options, both Plasma and LCD.

Cambridge Soundworks 740 CD Player

I have a lot of friends that have the Bose system, you know, the really expensive one that sounds absolutely amazing. I am sure that there's somebody in your office with it....and well, Bose is a great company....

But, as women, we all like a great bargain!

A VERY similar CD player is available at Cambridge Soundworks, and it sounds just as GOOD!

So for only about $350, this thing is great, it even plays Mp3's. What that means is tha you can save your music in Mp3 format from your computer onto a CDR, and play this on the CD player. The advantage is that you can fit MANY more songs onto a CD in the Mp3 format than you could if they were regular audio (sound) CD's.

iTunes and the iPod

Yes, the rampage continues. I have to say that this whole Tiger release has really got me going.

Are there any women out there that really want to know more about this whole Mp3 and iPod craze?

Ok, well, the iPod is definitely another necessity in life. Regardless of whether you commute via car or train to work, if you walk or run on the treadmill, you will love this!

Okay, so there's the mini -- it comes in cute colors, 4gb or 6 gb. Basically the "gb" amount is how much music you can hold on it. For most women, you probably would be good with the mini, unless you want to show pictures on your iPod!!!!! I will review the photo ipod later, for now, it's all about the MINI! Green, Pink, Silver or Blue -- those are the colors you can choose from. Each comes with headphones, and a connecting cable. You can use it with a PC or a MAC, and the software comes with it, and it's easy to install.

iPod mini

Isn't it cute?

You can easily switch over your CD's to Mp3's, put them on your iPod, and also you can download new songs straight from iTunes for .99 cents each. It's the coolest thing.

.MAC

Okay, I seem like I am on this Apple kick tonight, but I was reading a posting on www.tribe.net (really cool site, sort of like friendster) and well, someone asked about the advantages of .Mac and if it was worth the investment. I think it is....

We can all get a "free" email account, but let's face it, they are sort of annoying at times. So, you pay $99.95 (but there's a special for $69.95 right now) and you get 250 mb of space and various free programs from time to time, as well as great tutorials at .mac. The cool thing is that you can use iDisk to store pictures online (and use neat templates that apple provides to you) and send a link out to friends and family. It is super easy too.

It's one of those things, that you probably have no idea your missing it until you experience it -- like TIVO! I have both TIVO and a .Mac address (kkorpos@mac.com) and I couldn't do without either ot them.

Tiger Unleashed

So, it's on it's way - April 29th, the new MAC OS X v10.4 called TIGER will be available. It has over 200 new features, including the Dashboard which looks super cool. What Apple does with their goods is amazing, I really believe that there's nothing like owning an Apple.

Admit-tingly, it is more expensive than a PC, but I am telling the truth when I say that you have nearly none of the hassles you tend to have with PC's. Inevitably the Windows always does something it should be doing, or you can't get it to do what you want it to do......and the life of the MAC OS is just so much simpler.
