If you’ve ever tried moving stuff to the next block armed with only a bicycle, you’ll know that it’s an extremely frustrating affair. Well, the Bicycle Cargo design certainly looks like it can tackle the problem, as long as you’re able to stay safe on such a bicycle design, of course. Would you consider trying this the next time you move your house?

Garmin has just unveiled a new range of GPSmap series, where they will be described in further detail under a bulleted format below for easier reference.
Apart from that, they have also announced a new series of chartplotters including the GPSmap 6000 and GPSmap 7000, where both devices will come with the new Garmin G Motion technology that promises to smooth map panning alongside zooming with super fast updates. Expect to see these new MFD chartplotters from February next year onwards, where they will have a starting price of at least $3,000 - ouch!

If you’ve ever thought of trimming your hedge in the most noticeable fashion, the person behind all of this must certainly agree with you. After all, how do you describe a person who gets someone to operate a crane to lift him and his lawnmower over the hedges to give it a trim? The funny part is that apparently one of the people involved is nursing a broken hand, but that wasn’t due to a fall from the mower.

Malata might not be a household name at the moment, but they're surely going in the right direction if they continue to unleash devices such as the Malata R108T. It will come in a range of interesting colors including Ferrari Red, Piano Black, Coffee, Gold and Champagne, and it doesn't hurt that it boasts a 10" rotating touchscreen display as well, allowing you to turn it into an impromptu tablet. Good to know that the timing of this device's release coincides with Windows 7's launch, but unfortunately it doesn't come with horizontal-to-vertical display support, hampering its potential from being an eReader-type device.

It was fairly obvious that AT&T wasn’t happy with all those ads that Verizon has been putting out lately, and the lawsuit against Verizon just served to confirm that. Now it seems that Verizon is hitting back at AT&T, by issuing a memorandum of law, responding to AT&T’s temporary restraining order which attempts to block the coverage map-based ads. Part of the statement reads “AT&T did not file this lawsuit because Verizon's 'There's A Map For That' advertisements are untrue; AT&T sued because Verizon's ads are true and the truth hurts." Ouch!

Always wondered what your favorite songs sounded like when played backwards? Of course, we're pretty sure some of you out there did try to perform surgery on a cassette with a recording of Hotel California by the Eagles to substantiate the rumor of it glorifying the devil when played backwards, but no longer do you need to subject your cassettes (if you still have any) to such mutilation. The Sakasa Master Backwards Voice Recorder will not only record a snippet of audio, it will also play it back to your backwards. Powered by a couple of AA batteries, we're glad to know that this doesn't require USB connectivity to work. Neat!
