Can't wait to get hold of Microsoft's freshly-announced Kinect motion-sensing controller? While a release date wasn't mentioned before this, but the folks over at Microsoft have decided to ease your agony and confirmed that the Kinect will be arriving in November 2010 in the US and Europe, though there wasn't any mention of other parts of the world. An official price hasn't been mentioned just yet, but word is that the Kinect could set you back $120. Do you think that $120 is a fair price to pay for this new-fangled controller?

Toshiba has worked on a new GuideBook device that seems to fall under the netbook category, although the dual 7" displays might be a feature that would catch the interest of many people. The GuideBook is said to roll out sometime later this month, although there are no more additional information concerning the device specifications just yet. One thing's for sure - this is not going to be some sort of gaming device like the Nintendo DS, and surely it will not hold the promise of 3D gaming, eh? It would be interesting to see just which category this device falls under. We are curious to know what the battery life will be like with a couple of displays though.

The Palm Pre might not be the coolest device around, but it does offer support for one of the coolest charging docks around - the Touchstone inductive charger. Now if you own the recently released HTC EVO 4G instead and want inductive charging, you're in for a treat. Seems that someone out there decided to take the time to modify his EVO 4G to support the Touchstone's inductive charging. A step-by-step guide is on its way, but in the meantime, its creator has decided to answer some simple questions regarding this mod. Check out the video after the jump, and it seems to work pretty well. Maybe in the future all our mobile phones could support inductive charging.
