It was the runner-up in the Most Fashionable Phone category in last year's Shiny Shiny Awards, but Samsung have just made the D600 even more fashionable by dressing it up in that shiny lipstick red I love so much. A 2 megapixel camera, email with document viewer, voice recognition and bluetooth connectivity are all there, but there's also an LED light and picture editor to help you take better pictures and doctor them a bit when you don't.
I'm not finished yet, though. The D600 also has 81MB of memory plus expansion slot to allow you to store MP3s, and comes with 3d stereo speakers to listen to them on. So, in short, it does just about everything: the only drawback is that you'll have to wait until next month to get it. Did I mention the fact that it's red?

The Japanese are a very fortunate bunch to receive cellphones that are way advanced in terms of technology when compared to what the rest of the world receives. DoCoMo has recently unveiled 11 new cellphones from the 903i series that feature a whole host of entertainment options, including support for DoCoMo's very own Music Channel service, mobile credit card function, Push-to-Talk communication, 3G international roaming, fully-fledged e-mail applications, and even GPS connectivity. Check out the picture gallery and drool over the variety of well-designed handsets that will never see the light of day Stateside.

Did you know that Fujitsu actually manufactures keyboards under the HHK label (Happy Hacking Keyboard)? Due to HHK's decade long presence in the market, they are putting up a couple of keyboards for all and sundry to purchase in the form of the HHK Pro HG and HG Japan. The HG Japan comes with individually hand-made keys which are then lacquered by WAJIMA. The HG Japan is the more expensive of the two, costing a whooping 3,300 Euros. 'Poorer' people can opt for the HHK Pro HG which retails at a more affordable 1,600 Euros. It is cheaper since it's keys are not lacquered. We figured out you could buy a whole lot of lacquer with the 1,700 Euros you saved purchasing the HHK Pro HG.

Add to myYahoo! Our man blog Brandish have rounded up the most useless inventions for us all have a good old manly guffaw at. They've totted up the fire escape flying cape as the most stupid, with the butter stick, duster cat slippers (I'd argue the usefulness of these but their description grossed me out), food cooling fan and a self-saluting hat following swiftly after. Check out their descriptions here.
