As a Mac user, I can say two good things about Microsoft. They're great at PC games and they make great mice. I'm sure there's other great things about them, it's just eluding me at this moment. So when these two are combined, it makes for a great gaming mouse: the Microsoft Habu Gaming Mouse. Powered by Razer, this gaming mouse is one for the semi-pro to pro-gamer. But we're all pro anyway right? So I guess this one is for everyone. Quick sensitivity switching, fast response time, ultra-smooth gliding feet, all housed in an ergonomic body. The Habu is not for noobs.
Features of the Microsoft Habu Gaming Mouse:
- Customizable Buttons
Two removable side button panels give you options for different hand sizes or preferences, and all seven buttons are programmable-store up to five profiles in mouse memory.
- High Speed Sensitivity Switching
Adjust mouse sensitivity on the fly-up to 2000 DPI - for controlled sensitivity. The default is 800 DPI but is adjustable from 400, 800, 1600 to 2000 DPI with the toggle buttons.
- High-speed motion detection
Gamers get their speed on with movements up to 45-inches per second, 20-G acceleration and more than 7080 frames per second.
- 16 bit Data Path and 1000 Hz Ultrapolling
Habu has a 16 bit data path for increased bandwidth with high-sensitivity mouse activity. Increased data path improves response time.
- Superior Response Time
With an always-on laser that delivers near-zero-lag response time.
- Mouse Glide
Habu has ultra-slick Teflon to provide smooth and quiet gliding.
- Ergonomic Design
A right handed comfort design allows slip-resistant grip with rubber-coated buttons for improved comfort for long hours of gaming.
- Wired Mouse
Wired for faster performance.

Add to myYahoo! The second phone of the day from Sony Ericsson is the new T650. It’s a thin 3G phone available in green and blue colors, and although it’s only 12.5 millimetres thin it features all the expected goodies. A personal letdown was that they only have included the ‘cheap’ 3.2 megapixel - the one without [...]

Add to myYahoo! The 5th generation Sony Ericsson smart phone is now official news. The successor to the P990i is 25% smaller and features improvements in functionality, design, speed and battery performance. My biggest concern with the P990i was that it was quite hard to use, and really, really slow so I really hope that Sony Ericsson [...]

Even in this day and age where electronic information rules, the plain business card still holds a special place in the hierarchy of things as they do tend to tell a lot about the company and person behind this card. SolidAlliance has taken the idea to another level by introducing the USB Key Business Card. Pretty much self-explanatory, this is one business card that you won't want to hand out without ever giving a thought to what the recipient would do to it once your back is turned on him/her. No idea on how much they cost, but it should retail for a slightly higher premium to offset the printing costs when compared to regular USB flash drives of the same capacity.

This unique home outdoor projection display is capable of reversing its image for viewing from either side in an instant, giving anyone attending a BBQ cook out in your backyard an equal chance to watch the big game without missing out on the action. This motorized 11-by-7 foot screen uses Draper rear-projection screen material and works great with the SharpVision Z3000 video projector that is capable of flipping the image for rear-projection viewing. Interesting idea, but definitely a household appliance that remains in the realms of the rich. We plebians will just have to settle for a flat display while sitting within the few viewing angles that are recommended by the manufacturer.

Microdia has taken the initiative to release a 16GB SDHC memory card that features a Class 6 speed of 160x. This unique memory card is a vast improvement over the 8GB SDHC cards that you see on the market since it is waterproof, dust proof, and works perfectly fine under extreme temperatures. Hence, if a device fails to read the 16GB SDHC card from Microdia, blame the device before the card first. One potential major drawback that will face many who want to bump up their SDHC card collection - the Microdia 16GB SDHC card is rumored to retail for a whopping $3,500 a pop. Not sure whether that is true, but the more economical method would be picking up several smaller cards at much cheaper prices. The photo on the right is meant for illustrative purposes only.
