Buffalo wants to lay claim to owning the first external solid state USB drive in the world - the MicroStation. This tiny storage device will come in 32GB, 64GB and 100GB capacities, connecting to your computer through USB 2.0 that is wrapped around its body neatly when not in use. It has a maximum data transfer speed of 35MB/s, measuring a bag friendly 89mm x 57mm x 14mm. Guess you won't have any worries of your data inside getting corrupted whenever you drop the MicroStation, eh? The pricing might cause people to stay away still though, since the 32GB model will go for £115, while the 64GB and 100GB models will retail for £230 and £344, respectively.

Ron Arad has thought up of a truly unique design that will help save space for folks living in cramped spaces, as the Rotator bathtub can be turned into a shower at your whim and fancy, simply by rotating along the wall in one swift motion. The fatter end of the Rotator at the bottom is when it is a tub, while turning it upside down will make it a shower - just make sure you've cleared up all the hair at the drainage hole before doing that lest your head gets clogged with more than just hair from your head.

Add to myYahoo! Is this magic? It must be magic. They say that it's a load of college students in dorms, but I've got my suspicions that there's magic involved. Still, it might be worth seeing if you can get into Wroclaw University through clearing, if light displays are your thing. And if Poland is your thing...![]()

Add to myYahoo! We were treated given a stingy snippet about it at IFA last week (without the pic coz Medion couldn't be bothered to send out pics), which was enough to whet our computing appetites for a while. But there's only so long we can go without seeing the talked about object in all its glory. Bordering on both laptop and sub-notebook territory, the Akoya E1210 notebook is powered by a 1.6Ghz CPU, has 1GB of DDR2 SDRAM and an 80GB hard drive.![]()
