Now that the iPod Touch is in town and the iPod nano has been given a serious facelift, the previous iPod needed a bit of TLC and a new name to keep it looking cool and attractive. Firstly, the plastic front? Gone. New silver and black full metal casings make it a slinkier offering altogether. Next the insides. Well, it could stand to lose a bit of weight, so it did, with the new 80GB offering thinner than the previous 30GB, and a whopping 160GB offering (created mostly, I think, because they can).
