Grand Theft Auto 5 confirmed for Spring 2013 release,
pre-orders begin 5th November

Remember yesterday we reported that according to leaked promo materials, it was suggested that Grand Theft Auto 5 could be released in the Spring of 2013? Well the good news is that Rockstar has come forward and officially announced the Spring release themselves. No word on when we can expect a launch for the PC, but according to the blog post, the Spring release is for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles.

?Hey guys, glad to see so much enthusiasm about the release announcement. For those asking about the PC platform, we’re currently focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don’t have any details to share about a PC version at this time.?

Now for the even better news, it seems that gamers can look forward to begin the pre-orders on the 5^th of November. We?re not sure if there will be any collector?s editions available or special pre-order bonuses, but Rockstar has stated that more information will be available come November. So, who?s excited? I know I am!
