Synaptics Onyx concept phone

Industrial design studio Pilotfish and Synaptics have gone to bed together in order to develop a concept for next-generation phones, and their marriage of convenience resulted in the birth of Onyx. The Onyx works via Synaptics' very one clear, capacitive sensing technolgy which clearly shows the vast gulf in user interface methods between today and tomorrow. Unfortunately, the Onyx is currently under wraps as there is still much testing and debugging to be done, but we would like to see a commercialized version soon. Hopefully Synaptics would be able to do something about the Onyx's present size which is probably too large to tote around clubs while looking cool.
