Super Talent has rolled out their SuperSpeed USB 3.0 RAIDDrive which is USB 3.0-compatible (obviously), where it supports transfer speeds up to 10x faster compared to USB 2.0 drives, hitting 200MB/sec. Those who decide to use a separate UAS Protocol driver with a USB 3.0 port, they can hit speeds of up to 320MB/sec. Available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities, we have no idea on pricing as at press time.
