Blalock who is the creator of an unofficial SkyRim application for the iPhone called Dragon Shout received a legal note from the lawyers of creators of Skyrim, Bethesda. The lawyers requested that Blalock remove the application from the iOS App Store because of ?copyright infringement?. According to Blalock, the request from the lawyers came with neither a ?cease & desist notice? nor an explanation as to how his application violated any copyrights. A quick check on the App Store shows us that the application is still ?live? so it seems that Blalock is sticking to his guns and refusing to take down his application for now.
