You do not really need to traverse across the galaxy to see just what the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim is capable of doing – in fact, it has some pretty down to earth specifications which would definitely make you realize that there is such a thing as a middle class market, and this is where the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim finds its place in the overall hierarchy. Coming on Straight Talk and NET10 for $180 a pop, the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim does not cut corners where design acumen is concerned, featuring a curved glass and a textured soft-touch back cover, while underneath the hood, you will find a 1GHz processor that runs on (disappointingly) the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Other hardware specifications include a 3.5″ HVGA display at 320 × 480 resolution, the TouchWiz user interface, EVDO Rev. A, a 3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, a 1,500mAh battery, 1GB of internal memory that can be further expanded upon thanks to a microSD memory card slot. Nothing earth shattering, but it is worth looking into if you want a functional phone without any hassles alongside specifications that will chug along for your basic smartphone needs.
