As American Express puts it proudly, membership has its privileges. Their mission statement is brought to life in the new Butterfly Card from American Express. This product remains exclusive to Gold Card members only. The Butterfly Card can be folded to reveal only the magnetic strip for swiping purposes, while the other half remains inside a lovely metallic case. Alternatively, you can unfold the card in its entireity and use it like any other regular card. The case is not there to make up the numbers, it can also be used as a keychain carrier. This interesting idea ensures that you can always carry some purchasing power in your pockets wherever you go, since most people do have their house keys with them all the time.
