BenQ has announced DSC-X800 touted as the World's Slimmest 8mp digital compact camera at 9.8mm.

Features include a 3" LTPS LCD Super Macro mode , internal Zoom lens, has 2 colors option lVixen-Red and Midnight-Black. The delivery date is Q1 of 2008.
