JVC wooden earphones for audiophiles

It's common knowledge that wooden cabinet speakers are supposed to really enhance audio quality, but I've never seen it applied to earbuds before; my memory is dredging up a pair of wooden Denon cans, though. Anyway, JVC has created the HP-FX500 earphones with a wooden speaker cavity.
