China Telecom has come up with the Motion Global Eye, where this is one device which caters to the vision impaired since it helps them interact with modern technologies in an unprecedented manner. For instance, this device sports 9 points alongside a central guide which mimics an alphanumeric keypad. No idea on why they threw in the video recording capability though...
