Toshiba unveils new DVD and VHS recorders

Toshiba is back with a heart for those who do not have the intestinal fortitude to get rid of their VHS collection, by offering the D-W255K - a DVD VHS recorder combo that features 250GB of storage space, a digital TV Tuner for HD recording, DLNA compatibility with a USB hard drive network and SKYPerfectTV support. For those who want something even simpler, there is the D-VDR9K that is a basic DVD-to-VHS recorder. We do wonder what the demographics are for people who pick up such devices.
