JVC has a brand bew Blu-ray home theater system known as the NX-BD3, and boasts in being the first dedicated Blu-ray player in the world that comes with Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) compatibility thanks to a wireless adapter update. With DLNA support, users will be able to use this with other DLNA-certified devices including cell phones and computers, sharing digital content seamlessly. Features include :-
- 4x55W internal amplifiers
- 200W subwoofer
- Dolby Digital, DTS and Dolby Pro-Logic II audio formats supported
- Profile 1.1 compliant Blu-ray player
- 24fps video support
- Single HDMI 1.3a output
- Built-in AM/FM tuner
The JVC NX-BD3 will retail for approximately $1,460 when it hits the UK this September. Bummer for folks who want a color other than black - they're out of choices here.
