The Solar BoGoLight runs on 3 rechargeable AA batteries and has only one switch on/off button (too bad that you need a screwdriver to open the battery chamber). It also uses Light Emitting Diodes (LED) which consumes very little power. Obviously the solar panel recharges the batteries during the day, and I would *assume* that there’s enough juice to power the LEDs for a whole night. The best thing is: when you buy one, one is also sent in a place like Rwanda where light can bring safety or literacy. If you know what the real battery life is, could you post a comment down here?
